Wealth & Wellness Academy's goal is to help young teens understand how employment and entrepreneurship can fund investing, how assets compound, and how real estate, stocks, and even alternative assets can work together to create long-term stability and freedom. We believe that financial literacy is not about greed, it’s about dignity, options, and wellness. When people understand money, they reduce stress, expand opportunity, and gain the ability to give back. Wealth and wellness are not separate. They are deeply connected and everyone deserves access to both.
My name is Adebayo Aregbe, but most people call me Bayo. I am a first-generation immigrant, born to Nigerian parents, and raised in Oakland, California. I attended Oakland public schools and grew up in a household where hard work was a given, but financial ease was not. From a young age, I noticed a difference between my family’s reality and the lives of others around me. We worked just as hard, if not harder, yet the outcomes were very different. I carried a quiet but persistent question with me: Why?
Youth Market & Asset Literacy Program
A 6-10 week educational program for students ages 13–16 that introduces how financial markets and assets work in the real world. Students learn stock chart basics, investing strategies, real estate investor math, and cryptocurrency fundamentals, while also developing focus, discipline, and decision making skills.
