Youth Financial Literacy Instructor

Overview

We are seeking knowledgeable and engaging instructors to teach youth ages 11–16 in structured 6–10 week cohorts.

This is a part-time contract position ideal for professionals with backgrounds in finance, investing, real estate, entrepreneurship, or business who are passionate about youth empowerment.

Responsibilities

Deliver structured curriculum in engaging, age-appropriate ways
Teach financial literacy concepts clearly and confidently
Lead discussions, simulations, and practical exercises
Maintain positive classroom culture and student engagement
Track attendance and participation
Collaborate with program leadership

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

Background in finance, investing, real estate, economics, or business
Teaching, coaching, or youth mentorship experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex financial topics
Passion for financial education and youth development

Certified teachers and experienced investors are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule

2 sessions per week
90-minute classes
Evening or weekend availability preferred
6–8 week cohorts
Summer intensive options available

Compensation

$40–$75 per hour (based on experience)
